Description
SUPER LIGHT-II is a Microcontroller based, high-reliability, rechargeable, cordless lamp capable of illuminating targets at a distance of over 350 meters. It is designed for combat use under the most arduous conditions.
It is equipped with deep focus, sealed beam unit rated at 55 Watts. The bulb is highly resistant to shock and vibration. It has a built in CC/CV SMPS charger to optimally charge the integral and sealed 12V/7AH battery at specified rating.
Shell and Fitting:
Tubular, heavy duty molded and seamless, 3mm thick, ABS construction. Front cap with resting support to prevent rolling on any surface. Strong contoured handle. Adjustable nylon shoulder strap. Light Source: 12Volt, 55Watt halogen lamp fitted in specially designed parabolic reflector with toughened glass dome.
Control Circuit:
Reliable microcontroller based design with contact less MOSFET switch using industrial grade components for high reliability and years of trouble free service. The built-in SMPS battery charger employs the world’s most efficient switch mode design providing unique features like thermal shut-down and protection against all abnormal conditions.
Operation:
1.Gives continuous Light for 1 hour on fully charged battery.
2.Emergency operation is allowed during automatic cut off due to low battery.
Built-in Switch Mode Battery Charger:
A very high quality switch mode battery charger which employs the world’s most sophisticated and integrally safe switching devices is provided. The charger will work from a mains voltage of 90-270 Volts. The special CC/CV design is optimized to charge the battery at a constant current of 1 Amp ±10% while limiting the battery voltage to maximum 14.4V
